NRDC is offering a graduate internship in its New York City office, onsite 3 days a week with a hybrid model. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience in donor engagement, research, and operations within the Principal Gifts team. Interns gain exposure to materials preparation, donor research, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects in the Principal Gifts division, including donor engagement and operational tasks.
• Prepare materials and draft engagement summaries for internal briefings; take notes during discussions.
• Maintain donor information in Salesforce and SharePoint; assist in cleaning up SharePoint and aligning with Salesforce records.
• Conduct donor research and draft outreach emails and meeting follow-ups.
• Create donor profiles and engagement summaries; prepare templates for donor-facing and internal prep materials.
• Coordinate information flow across teams with the operations group and deliver reorganized processes.
