Job summary

The UConn Foundation seeks a Director of Principal Gift Donor Experience to design personalized stewardship and engagement plans for our top donors and families. You will coordinate campus visits, briefings, and donor materials, turning complex outcomes into compelling donor stories.

You will partner with development officers, faculty, and university leaders to tailor reports, events, and communications, ensuring thoughtful, coordinated donor experiences that advance philanthropy and strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years donor relations experience or relevant field

Responsibilities

• Create and manage personalized stewardship and engagement plans for principal gift donors and families.
• Coordinate donor engagement with university leaders, faculty, coaches, students, researchers, clinicians, and other campus partners.
• Prepare leadership briefings and donor profiles to give University leaders context for conversations.
• Document activity with donors and input engagement plans into the CRM per Foundation policies.
