Job summary

CrowdStrike in the United States is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Charlotte AI Platform. You will partner with Engineering, Design, and PM leaders to build platform capabilities that power GenAI features in CrowdStrike’s products.

This hybrid role requires 2-3 days on-site in NYC or other listed hubs; travel up to 20%. You will drive strategy, developer experience, and cross-functional delivery to deliver high-impact AI-driven security solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of the AI landscape (LLMs, agentic workflows, open-weight models, evaluations).
• Experience with developer tools, platforms, and APIs; developer-as-a-customer mindset.
• Proven ability to use AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Background in cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to execute to plan and get things done.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Define Platform Vision: drive strategy, roadmap, and requirements for GenAI platform.
• Create Exceptional Developer Experiences: define the GenAI Developer Experience for engineers and data scientists.
• Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: collaborate with engineering, data science, and business units to translate use cases into features.
• Be the Voice of the User: provide business perspective on value during development cycles.
• Champion Adoption: drive usage of GenAI services across the organization.
• Be a Visible Expert: share best practices, conduct demos, and evangelize GenAI within Falcon ecosystem.
