Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and building GenAI applications.
• Experience with GenAI techniques: retrieval-augmented generation, agents, prompt engineering.
• Strong programming in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with AI frameworks, model APIs, vector search, and orchestration tools.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, automation, and reusable components.
• Experience developing cloud-native apps on AWS or similar.
• CI/CD and modern software-delivery practices.

Responsabilités

• Design and build proofs of concept and pilots applying GenAI to insurance problems.
• Develop capabilities in intelligent document processing, summarization, QA, and AI agents.
• Frame hypotheses, define success measures, and test ideas rigorously.
• Create reference implementations and reusable components for productionization.
