Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience with deep Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM expertise.

Rite Software is seeking a Senior Principal Functional Solution Architect to lead solution architecture and design for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) engagements, with hands-on exposure to adjacent Financials and Procurement processes. This is a senior, client-facing architecture and practice leadership role, spanning greenfield implementations, Cloud migrations, multi-country roll-outs, and AMS (Application Management Services) engagements. The role encompasses ownership of the SCM Center of Excellence (COE), management of multiple client accounts, solution advisory for pursuits, and executive-level advisory across our client portfolio. Candidates with exposure to Engineering & Construction, Oil & Gas, or other Projects Driven industries will have an edge, though it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Oracle Fusion SCM practice and lead the Center of Excellence (COE) to build and continuously improve SCM expertise across delivery teams
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, product developments, and AMS engagements, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning
• Provide solutioning and architectural guidance to shape and advance Rite's PaaS product suite
• Lead architecture design workshops with executive and VP-level stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement, translating complex business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade Oracle Cloud SCM solutions
• Define enterprise-wide SCM solution roadmaps, integration strategy, and architecture standards across the full supply chain lifecycle — plan, source, make, deliver, and return
• Provide functional leadership across multiple concurrent SCM implementation and enhancement engagements, mentoring senior consultants and project teams, and developing consulting capability across the practice
• Provide hands-on architectural exposure to adjacent Oracle Fusion Financials modules(Accounts Payable, Receivables), ensuring SCM solutions are tightly aligned with enterprise financial and end to end processes
• Own multiple client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with IT and business leaders to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture governance; review Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration standards, and business process flows
• Architect SCM integrations with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, Cost Accounting), Procurement, Projects, and other Oracle Cloud modules for end-to-end business process integration, including EDI, warehouse management, and third-party logistics platforms
• Oversee architecture for costing setups, cost organizations, cost profiles, and inventory valuation across manufacturing and distribution operations
• Provide oversight and governance for CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities across engagements; own defect triage and resolution strategy with technical teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and business heads, communicating with excellent and elegant clarity at the C-level and with COOs/CSCOs to align technology solutions with strategic supply chain and operational objectives
• Champion data migration strategy using FBDI, and web services, including validation, reconciliation, and cutover governance for item, inventory, and transactional data
• Provide estimation, resourcing input, and risk management support to project and practice leadership
• Bring exposure to Engineering & Construction, Oil & Gas, or manufacturing-intensive industries — project-driven procurement, multi-site inventory, and complex logistics practices — a strong plus

SCM Solution Architecture — Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing & Logistics

• Architect Inventory and Order Management foundations, including organization structures, subinventories and locators, item and catalog management, order orchestration, Global Order Promising (GOP), and pricing configurations
• Architect Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions covering requisitioning, purchasing, supplier onboarding, Supplier Portal, sourcing, and procurement contracts
• Architect Manufacturing solutions across discrete and process environments, including work definitions, work execution, maintenance, quality management, and cost management
• Architect Supply Chain Planning and Logistics solutions, including demand and supply planning, safety stock and replenishment strategies, shipping execution, and transportation/logistics coordination
• Architect cost accounting and receipt accounting touchpoints where SCM intersects with Financials, including inventory valuation, standard/actual costing, and cost of goods sold recognition
• Design subledger accounting (SLA) configurations and integration architecture between SCM, Accounts Payable, and the Receivables for procure-to-pay and order-to-cash flows
• Support integration of Procurement and Order Management with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for invoice matching, billing, and cash application

Solution Advisory & Business Development

• Partner with sales and practice leadership on pursuits — leading solution workshops and demonstrations, shaping the functional and architectural approach, and contributing to estimates, statements of work, and proposal or RFP/RFI responses
• Identify opportunities to extend value and grow the SCM footprint within existing accounts
• Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and effort estimation for prospective and existing clients

Product Design & Development

• Contribute to Rite Software's Product Design and Development function, partnering with the product team to shape functional requirements and solution design for Rite's PaaS product suite
• Brainstorm and architect solutions across diverse industry scenarios — including Engineering & Construction, Oil & Gas, and other project-driven sectors — to inform feature design and continuously enhance Rite's PaaS products

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (BE/MBA preferred)
• 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and a demonstrated track record as a solution architect
• Minimum of 5 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, with at least 2 in a principal-level capacity
• Demonstrated experience across multiple engagement types — greenfield implementations, ERP-to-Cloud migrations, multi-country roll-outs, and AMS support
• Hands-on exposure to adjacent Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules (GL, AP, Purchasing), in addition to SCM
• Strong understanding of SCM integration with Oracle Financials and Projects
• Strong command of supply chain, manufacturing, and cost accounting principles in a global operations context
• Proven experience managing or building out an SCM practice or Center of Excellence, including mentoring teams and elevating functional capability
• Demonstrated success owning multiple client accounts and managing senior IT and business stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, CRP and UAT cycles, design authority forums, and executive steering committee sessions
• Excellent and elegant communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and business heads
• Experience supporting pre-sales — solution demonstrations, estimation, and RFP or RFI responses preferred
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or other legacy ERP platforms as a migration starting point preferred
