The Challenge

We’re seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer passionate about solving problems to join our agile Product Engineering team. Principal Software Engineers develop new frontend and backend features, supporting ongoing development for our industry-leading platform.

Your Mission

1. Development
   • Achieve at least 80% code coverage or adhere to team standards
   • Collaborate with UX, Product Managers, Product Owners, and developers on planning, grooming, system architecture, and component design
   • Ensure all sprint stories are completed per sprint goals
2. Support
   • Reduce defects to industry standards by early issue detection and fixing
   • Deliver critical and high-priority CII’s per SLA
   • Conduct peer reviews to enhance code quality
   • Assist junior developers with testing and automation
3. Lead
   • Build high-performing teams, mentor, and create development opportunities

You Are

A self-learner open to new technologies and techniques, asking questions to clarify understanding.

Your Experience Includes

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Familiarity with cloud providers like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS

Additional Information

Salary range for eligible states: $139,725 — $209,587.50 USD, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits. Role-specific flexible, hybrid, or in-office requirements apply.
