Job summary

Nebulock is seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to own end-to-end product experiences across the stack. You will architect, build, and maintain systems customers interact with daily, from threat intel surface to a customer-facing query builder.

You will collaborate with product, threat hunters, detection engineers, and data platform teams to solve real customer problems, touching all layers from database to UI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
• Strong experience with Typescript.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Frontend design systems and a good UI sense.
• Experience with microservices.
• Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into technical solutions.
• Adaptable, iterative, and capable of shipping quickly.
• Hunger for growth in a low-ego team.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain core functionality for our customer-facing product across the stack.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an innovative, impactful product.
• Propose architectural changes to move quickly while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Help set engineering standards (AI tooling, public API standards, testing standards).
• Co-own the technical roadmap and advocate for important investments.
• Mentor other engineers to continuously improve Nebulock engineering.
