Primary Responsibilities:

1. Participate in critical and complex technical discussions.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of formal education.
• 13+ years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, Web Services.
• 10+ years of experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile/DevOps.
• 7+ years of experience with Microservices, Spring Boot, Kafka, Spring Batch.
• 7+ years of experience in building infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, OSFI, Jenkins.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and performance with Java technologies.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse business and technical groups.
• Strong architectural and design skills.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience interacting with business users, IT, and customers to define requirements.
• Ability to review and write code.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills for complex designs and data structures.
