Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline.
• 8+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in OO design, architecture, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and architecture strategy for the squad’s portfolio.
• Lead design and development of complex, high-impact applications.
• Drive architectural decisions and establish reusable patterns across teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Establish and champion engineering standards and best practices.
• Own automated testing, CI/CD, and observability strategies.
