Role Overview
This role is fully remote but requires you to be located in the US Pacific or Mountain time zones. As part of the Enterprise Agility team, you will help simplify Agile software development at scale by integrating business and software development on an intuitive platform, with a focus on Jira Align and our enterprise agile planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software collaboratively to ensure impactful results.
• Improve operational quality, security, reliability, and performance of features.
• Make decisions considering customer and business impact, and balance tradeoffs accordingly.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where team members feel comfortable sharing questions, help, and perspectives.
• Oversee daily operations of the systems you build.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade frontend applications, particularly with React (10+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems, including bundling, linting, testing, and deployment.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and working within Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (EC2, S3, SQS).
• Experience with integrations, data synchronization, and event pub/sub models.
