Job description

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. More than 1.8 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using the Docusign AI-native IAM platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As a Presales Principal Docusign FDE specializing in Procurement, you will work side by side with senior functional and technical client team members—including Procurement Executives, CPOs, and Category Managers—to rapidly prototype and deliver high-impact GenAI-enabled solutions on the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) for Procurement platform. This requires a highly motivated practitioner who moves with speed and precision, building working software that bridges agreement intelligence with Source-to-Pay (S2P) and enterprise ERP/P2P ecosystems (such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Oracle) from day one.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Solution Consulting.

Responsibility

  • Embed with procurement teams and buying centers to identify business needs and translate high-value S2P and supplier agreement use cases into production-ready IAM solutions

  • Partner with CPOs, sourcing directors, category managers, legal ops, and IT architects to align procurement priorities and technical delivery across the agreement lifecycle

  • Lead collaborative discovery and design sessions to shape intake, negotiation, contracting, spend analysis and post-signature supplier management solutions

  • Prototype and deliver working AI agreement solutions using IAM capabilities, vendor hubs, and automated obligation extraction frameworks

  • Contribute independently within an FDE pod while mentoring newer team members on procurement domain patterns and agreement intelligence practices

  • Coach client procurement teams, sourcing managers, and end users on platform capabilities, supplier data model setup, and AI enablement while building trusted relationships to support long-term engagement success

  • Drive end-to-end sales and delivery support by developing procurement demos/POCs (e.g., spend-vs-commitment reconciliation, pricing tier comparison), articulating quantifiable business value, and documenting solution design handoffs

  • Strengthen team and organizational impact by mentoring FDEs through design/code reviews, while contributing reusable procurement prompt libraries, workflow scaffolds, and agreement integrations to intellectual capital

  • Build AI-enabled agreement solutions, agentic intake workflows, and obligation management pipelines across Docusign IAM and enterprise procurement platforms

  • Prototype scalable bi-directional integrations connecting Docusign IAM with S2P and ERP platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud) to synchronize vendor master data, PR/PO creation, and pricing terms

  • Apply architecture decisions that balance quality, safety, latency, cost, and risk mitigation when extracting complex contractual terms (pricing schedules, SLAs, renewal windows, rebate tiers)

  • Deliver workflow configurations

  • Design extensible vendor hierarchy models, support contract family tracking, and align solutions with senior technical and business architects

  • Contribute reusable procurement assets including S2P Workflow templates, extraction models, renewal agent briefs, and ERP connector implementations

What you bring

Basic

  • 12+ years of experience leading project workstreams with procurement or legal stakeholders and translating business/sourcing problems into AI agreement solutions

  • 5+ years of experience integrating applications with enterprise P2P/S2P software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud) or CLM systems

  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement lifecycles, intake-to-procure orchestration, and supplier lifecycle management

  • Experience configuring or building solutions on Docusign IAM, Navigator, Workflow, or CLM platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly alongside client technical teams, CPOs, and category managers in fast-paced, ambiguous delivery environments

  • Data engineering experience with contract data pipelines, table extraction models, vendor master deduplication, or spend analytics
