Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses must be active at hire.
• Strong knowledge of fixed-income pricing, risk, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and resolution of assigned principal fixed-income transactions within authority and risk limits.
• Execute in senior trader inventories and apply pricing judgment while escalating high-risk matters.
• Own inventory positioning, bid coverage, pricing analysis, and trade-review deliverables with limited day-to-day direction.
• Evaluate relative value, market movements, and DV01 exposure to improve turnover and profitability.
• Establish hedge positions and monitor DV01, aging, and concentration; ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
