Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Principal Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and maintain firmware for our embedded devices. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure firmware integrates smoothly with hardware from concept through production.

Responsibilities include architecture design, writing and testing C/C++ firmware for microcontrollers, leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and creating clear design specifications and user manuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++.
  • Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and hardware integration.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to completion.

The Role

As a Principal Firmware Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining firmware for our electronic devices. Compensation

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 168,000 and $231,000.
