Qualifications

• Fifteen years of SAP project management, project liaison, and statistical analysis experience.
• Eight years of experience with AF SAP CORE, Capability Viewpoint 2, and Specialized Accounting and Finances Enterprise System.
• Ten years of experience managing stakeholder communications and financial oversight for large-scale technology programs exceeding $100M.
• Five years of experience applying policies from the Secretary of the Air Force/Financial Management, Investment and Budget Branch.
• Ability to work on-site at a government site in the National Capital Region.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in any field.

Position Summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Principal Financial Manager to support a government customer at a government site in the National Capital Region. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Principal Financial Manager will provide financial management, stakeholder communication, SAP-related program support, and oversight for large-scale technology programs, including programs exceeding $100M in value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide financial management support for large-scale technology programs exceeding $100M in value.

Support stakeholder communications related to financial oversight, program execution, and reporting.

Apply SAP project management, project liaison, and statistical analysis experience to support customer program objectives.

Support financial oversight across program phases, including design, manufacturing, integration, and testing.

Apply relevant financial management policies, procedures, and standards from Secretary of the Air Force/Financial Management, Investment and Budget Branch, as applicable.

Support Air Force Special Access Program CORE, Capability Viewpoint 2, and Specialized Accounting and Finances Enterprise System requirements.

Perform duties on-site at a government site in the National Capital Region.
