Job summary

PulseForge, Inc. is seeking a strategic, analytically driven finance leader to partner with executive leadership on financial planning, forecasting, pricing strategy, and funding opportunities.

You will build financial models, drive FP&A, and develop investor and leadership presentations. You will collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations and support capital acquisition efforts, with a goal of improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, or related fields.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics skills.
• Strong executive-level reporting and presentation abilities.
• Experience in tech, manufacturing, or high-growth environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Position Summary

PulseForge is seeking a strategic, analytically driven professional to partner with executive leadership on financial planning, business growth initiatives, funding opportunities, pricing strategy, and executive communications. This role will support key decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, business analysis, and the development of investor, customer, and leadership presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, pricing strategies, margins, and profitability.

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, consulting, business strategy, or related fields.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, and executive-level reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, industrial, or high-growth environments preferred.

Compensation- $160-180k + potential annual bonus
