About This Role

The Principal Field Clinical Engineer supports day-to-day field execution and management of clinical trials at selected centers, promotes products through education, and provides implant and patient clinic coverage within a region, in accordance with company guidelines.

Work Mode

This is a remote position with up to 75% travel. Candidates from any location in the U.S. will be considered.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  1. Training on clinical trial protocols, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Managing clinical trial activities within assigned territory.
  3. Educating investigators on protocols and products.
  4. Promoting products through presentations and demonstrations.
  5. Building relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate sales.
  6. Responding to customer needs and complaints with solutions.
  7. Meeting with customers and investigators to identify needs.
  8. Providing technical support, including patient contact.
  9. Managing inventory per guidelines.
  10. Traveling for clinical and commercial coverage, available 24/7.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
  • 7+ years experience with pacemakers, ICDs, CRTDs.
  • 5+ years working with customers regionally.
  • 3+ years device interrogation and programming.
  • 5+ years experience in education and training.
  • Domestic travel up to 75%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of EP ablation procedures.
  • Understanding of clinical trial processes.
