Qualifications

• Six or more years of data science/predictive analytics experience in insurance or eight or more years in another industry.
• Strong programming in R and Python with GLM/GBM modeling expertise.
• Experience presenting results to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, enhancement, and monitoring of personal lines pricing models.
• Own regulatory filings and respond to objections with technical modeling expertise.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models across product lines.
• Present analytics findings to customers and management, translating results for non-technical audiences.
