  • Ability to review construction drawings and specifications; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and management of facilities projects supporting sustaining infrastructure and program facilitation.
  • Gather, review and finalize facility requirements data, equipment specs and schedules.
  • Plan, design and oversee reconfiguration, maintenance and alteration of buildings and equipment.
  • Coordinate with architectural and engineering firms to develop design criteria and review drawings.
  • Prepare scopes of work and procurement documents for design/construction services.
  • Review cost estimates including design, equipment, installation, labor and materials.
  • Inspect construction progress to ensure conformance with plans and schedules.
  • Forecast and report project status with risk, cost and schedule metrics.
  • Develop risk mitigation and schedule recovery plans as needed.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
