Northrop Grumman has an opening for a Principal Engineer Planning Analyst to join our Aeronautics Systems team in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate with technical leadership and cross-functional IPTs to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 5 years’ experience (or Master’s 3; PhD 1), CAM and EVM familiarity, and MS Office proficiency. The role is fully onsite with travel.

This position is fully onsite; remote work is not available.Exciting position offer the opportunity to coordinates with technical leadership and cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to manage Training and Support Equipment development, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with technical leadership in a cross functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule, and technical objectivesManage cross functional & horizontal execution for Training & Support Equipment developmentDevelop and deliver presentations to customers, management, and other program stakeholdersDefine, plan, perform, monitor, control, and complete a variety of project tasks to include developing Engineering rhythmServe as Work Package Manager for Training and Support Equipment disciplinesTrack budget actuals against predictions and financial performance against the full EV performance management baseline, participate in CAM status calls, prepare status for/attend weekly status meeting, provide bi-monthly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) status, support stakeholder meetings, review Actual Hours reports for time charging accuracy and alignment with IMS status.Support logistics team, generate staffing requirements, documentation, and forecastsSupport agile alignment to QSST & IMSAdhere to all internal processes for Product SupportPerform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risksBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience, OR Master’s degree, with 3 years’ experience; PhD with 1 year experienceExperience in project management and/or control account managementExperience with CAM and EVM methodologiesExperience in contracts executing full-earned value managementExperience with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Power PointAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Active U.S. Government Secret clearanceActive U.S. Government Top Secret clearancePrimary Level Salary Range: $84,700.00 - $155,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
