We are seeking a Principal to support Trinity’s Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing (EVAP) function, focusing on high-throughput, senior-level HEOR / RWE expertise for the Evidence Generation team. This dynamic team brings pragmatic and impactful evidence generation—using primary and secondary research—to drive scientific dissemination for our clients. Projects include burden of illness studies, medical chart audits, discrete choice experiments, claims-based analyses, and economic modeling.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and grow the Evidence Generation team.
  • Field RFPs and develop proposals for primary or secondary real‑world studies and economic modeling opportunities.
  • Generate new client opportunities through prior work experience, connections, and research capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for project engagements and internal team lead.
  • Ensure project outputs include strategically sound, actionable research materials, interim deliverables, and final reports.
  • Provide thought leadership in evidence generation, value, market access, and pricing in client and non‑client activities, such as external conferences.
  • Support the internal growth of the EVAP function through initiatives focused on consultants’ professional development, training, and resources.
  • Mentor team members as a workstream lead, coordinating and guiding junior staff and communicating with project managers.
  • Balance Trinity’s recommendations with client needs and expectations.
  • Address potentially sensitive recommendations with senior executives under tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and nurture a real‑world evidence generation team.
  • Track record of designing, conducting, and publishing impactful RWE studies—primary and/or secondary.
  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Economics, Health/Life Sciences, Public Health, or Health Services; Master’s degree, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant discipline; HEOR certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years’ experience in HEOR consulting.
  • Expertise in real‑world HEOR projects and approaches, including RWD/Claims, Primary Research, Health Economic Models, and Scientific Publications with posters and manuscripts in reputed journals (writing samples and citations required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong team player, able to work cross‑functionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities.
Benefits and Compensation

Trinity’s salary bands account for skill sets and market demand, level of experience and training, qualifications, performance, time in role, geographic location, and business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $290,000. In addition to base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
