Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES) is seeking a seasoned Principal Project Manager/Environmental Consultant to lead complex environmental initiatives across PA, WV, and OH.

The role focuses on client development, project delivery, and regulatory excellence within diverse energy and industrial sectors. The candidate will manage key client relationships, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and drive growth in the defined regional service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Ecology, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex environmental projects and manage client relationships, ensuring project delivery, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and grow new client relationships across oil and gas, industrial, power & utility, and commercial markets within PA‑WV‑OH.
• Oversee project teams of scientists, engineers, drone pilots, chemists, and technicians; manage budgets, scope, and schedules.
