This individual will have experience leading change for complex, multi-year technology and operating-model transformations; translating technical decisions into business and people impacts; conducting iterative stakeholder and change-impact assessments; and preparing leaders and teams through phased releases, evolving dependencies, and operational-readiness milestones.
Facilitate organizational transformation by effectively planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives that align with business objectives. Evaluate the impacts of change, develop comprehensive communication and training strategies, and engage with stakeholders across all levels. Ensure seamless transitions and foster the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. Serve as a strategic advisor and architect of enterprise-wide change frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational transformation goals. Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools to support organizational agility and resilience. Recognized as a thought leader in the field.
