Job summary
Siemens AG is seeking an experienced ICX Principal to lead strategic customer engagements that model complex domains as enterprise ontologies and design agentic AI solutions. You will supervise end-to-end architecture, ML components, and integration with Siemens software portfolios while guiding lighthouse customers on new use cases.
You will work globally, based in the Americas, collaborating with sales, ICX Engineering, and R&D teams to drive value and scalable delivery.
Qualifications
- Senior-level architect with hands-on agentic AI and ontology experience.
- Proven ability to lead executive-level engagements and build business cases.
- End-to-end solution design across ontology, applications and ML.
- Ability to position ICX within customer ecosystems and partnerships.
- Experience with industrial software and data platforms across domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, first-of-a-kind engagements with executive buyers.
- Architect enterprise ontology and agentic AI solutions end-to-end.
- Define reference architectures, patterns and value cases for repeatable delivery.
- Engage executives and strategic partners; shape ICX roadmap with customers.
