Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense (EBAD) in Simsbury, CT seeks a Principal Engineering Manager to lead the Principal Engineering Organization, elevating technical capability across the engineering function. You will build a pipeline of technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive data-driven problem solving, safety focus, and rigorous design reviews.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive engineering experience in aerospace/defense environments.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of senior engineers.
