Job summary

Gap Inc. in San Francisco seeks a senior software leader to design highly scalable technology solutions in an Agile setting, guiding requirements, design, development, deployment and support across the product lifecycle. You will influence product direction and architecture leveraging Java, Oracle and Azure.

You will mentor teams, drive DevOps automation and CI/CD, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a high-performing, customer‑centric technology organization across Gap brands.

Qualifications

• Experience translating organizational goals and product vision into business outcomes.
• Strategic partner and thought leader influencing all levels and alignment.
• Expert knowledge of software delivery lifecycle, security compliance, Agile and SCRUM, and emerging stacks.
