Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 10+ years in regulated product design.
• Knowledge of petrochemical or similar regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead technical risk management for parts, products, and processes.
• Mentor and empower engineering staff to foster growth.
• Guide team with industry standards and specifications to maintain competitive edge.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering project progress, scope, and outcomes.
• Lead and report on R&D initiatives to push company boundaries.
• Capture lessons learned and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Ensure end-user requirements are documented and integrated into solutions.
• Review and refine design models, drawings, BOMs, and production procedures.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and reduce waste.
