Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years in regulated product design.
• Experience in project management; MSME degree would be a plus.
• Knowledge of petrochemical or similar regulated industries and detailed product specifications.
• Experience with Lean and driving continuous improvements.
• Hands-on work with PLCs, mechanical systems, or fluid power is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and Product Improvement projects and manage technical risk.
• Mentor engineering staff and foster a collaborative environment.
• Guide teams on industry standards and specifications to maintain competitiveness.
• Oversee project milestones, budgets, and scope alignment.
• Capture lessons learned and drive corrective actions for performance.
• Ensure end-user requirements are documented and integrated into solutions.
• Review models, drawings, BOMs, and production procedures for efficiency and quality.
• Engage with suppliers and partners to optimize supply chains.
