Job summary

The Campbell’s Company is seeking a Lead Engineer, Physical Security Technology & Modern Endpoint Platforms to lead the strategy, architecture, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise physical security technologies that protect people, facilities, assets, and operations.

You will serve as the technical leader for access control, video surveillance, visitor management, badging, and alarm systems, while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise physical security technology platforms.
• Design, implement, integrate, and support access control, video surveillance, visitor management, badging, alarm, and related security technologies.
• Develop and maintain technology standards, reference architectures, documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and configuration baselines.
• Partner with Corporate Security, Facilities, manufacturing sites, and operational stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business, safety, and security objectives.
• Ensure physical security solutions comply with enterprise security policies, architectural standards, regulatory requirements, and site safety expectations.
• Collaborate with Digital Infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud teams to integrate security platforms with networking, identity, compute, storage, monitoring, and service management capabilities.
• Lead technical decision‑making for platform configurations, system integrations, upgrades, refresh cycles, and enterprise technology standards.
• Provide hands‑on engineering support for major deployments, site expansions, upgrades, remediation efforts, and other high‑impact initiatives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, managed service providers, carriers, and strategic technology partners.
