Job summary

QRC Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to provide technical and organizational leadership for Process & Product Technical Services within the Medical Devices business unit. This role guides strategic engineering projects, supports manufacturing operations, and drives process and product improvements while developing engineering talent.

The position oversees a team including a Senior Engineer and an Engineer II and collaborates across functions to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or Science Field with 3–5 years related experience in manufacturing or project engineering.
MS in Engineering with 1–2 years related experience in manufacturing or project engineering.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and organizational leadership for Process & Product Technical Services within the Medical Devices business unit.
Lead strategic engineering projects and support manufacturing operations.
Drive process and product improvements and develop engineering talent.
Oversee a team consisting of a Senior Engineer and an Engineer II.
Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
