Job summary

QRC Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to provide technical and organizational leadership for Process & Product Technical Services within the Medical Devices business unit. This role guides strategic engineering projects, supports manufacturing operations, and drives process and product improvements while developing engineering talent.

The position oversees a team including a Senior Engineer and an Engineer II and collaborates across functions to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Science Field with 3–5 years related experience in manufacturing or project engineering.
• MS in Engineering with 1–2 years related experience in manufacturing or project engineering.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) written and verbal.
