A leading company in defense solutions is seeking a Principal Engineer - Mechanical to support the USAF ICBM Weapon System. The role involves applying engineering principles to optimize system performance, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Ideal candidates will have an ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering degree and extensive experience in the field.
BAE Systems is seeking a diligent and proactive individual with a high-quality work ethic to fill the position of Principal Engineer - Mechanical to support the readiness and sustainment of the United States Air Force (USAF) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Weapon System (WS). The individual must hold a valid Mechanical Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited university.
The overarching role of this position is to work closely with the customer, the United States Air Force (USAF), to apply engineering principles and best practices to optimize Weapon System operational service and performance.
The candidate selected for this position will be able to:

Full-Time Salary Range: $94,728 - $161,038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
