Qualifications

• PE license required.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree.
• 10–15 years of experience in engineering design and project management.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects and provide expert-level technical guidance.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex engineering projects, providing expert technical guidance to project teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary team of MEP engineers.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary technical expert on projects, resolving complex design challenges.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to maintain technical excellence.
• Conduct quality control reviews at key milestones to ensure accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to integrate engineering systems.
• Oversee construction administration tasks, including submittals and site visits.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations with technical input.
• Stay current with industry advances and innovative materials for project designs.
• Contribute to proposals and client presentations to win new projects.
