Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in operations/platform engineering.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of modern IT Operations platforms, combining observability, event management, and service management into a cohesive ecosystem.
• Define enterprise-wide patterns for tools such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and Stonebranch, ensuring consistent adoption across teams.
