Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Principal Electronics Engineer (Supplier Management Team Lead) to join the Triton MFAS radar subsystem team. This role is located onsite in Rancho Bernardo, CA.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high expectations, engaging in diverse assignments within a collaborative/team setting across all levels of the organization. The role requires full‑time, onsite work, with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement once established. Telework days may be approved at the manager’s discretion. Up to 25% travel is required.
Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 – $171,000.00
The above salary range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers factors such as role scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions when determining base salary offers.
Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Executive positions may be eligible for long‑term incentives.
