Job summary

A leading semiconductor manufacturer in Bloomington, MN seeks a Development Diffusion Principal Engineer to lead the R&D of 200mm processes. You will ensure high quality and manufacturability while mentoring the team and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in LPCVD and Diffusion processes, exceptional communication skills, and a solid engineering background. Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry with BS, 7-10 years with MS, or 5+ years with PhD.
• 5+ years of experience with LPCVD and Diffusion processes.
• U.S. Person required per ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D efforts to optimize manufacturable processes for Diffusion applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex engineering problems.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure process capability.
