Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and building enterprise software products.
• Proven experience as a technical leader across multiple teams.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong cloud-native development experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and design of large-scale enterprise software solutions.
• Drive engineering strategy and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and DevOps.
• Serve as the technical authority for critical initiatives and architectural decisions.
• Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Mentor senior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Improve software quality through automation, testing, observability, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise on adoption.
• Partner with Security teams to ensure secure development and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Drive modernization, cloud migrations, and debt reduction.
• Contribute to coding, design, reviews, and PoCs.
