JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Python, Java, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and OpenAI technologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our products and mentoring engineering teams.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable software systems using Python and Java.
• Design and deploy intelligent automation solutions leveraging RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Integrate and apply OpenAI APIs and models to enhance product capabilities.
• Lead machine learning initiatives including model development, training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python and Java.
• Proven experience in implementing RPA solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenAI tools and APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and deployment strategies.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or technical publications.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $140-150K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
