Job summary

Comlux America LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Principal Engineer to act as a senior technical authority for complex interior completion and modification projects. You will mentor engineers, guide design approaches, and ensure regulatory compliance with FAA/EASA standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Interior Design, Production, Quality, and Senior Leadership to deliver certifiable, manufacturable solutions that meet customer requirements and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive aerospace engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex aerospace projects and mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with FAA and EASA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical expert and provide guidance to the Engineering organization.
• Lead large interior completion and modification programs for transport and executive aircraft.
• Mentor engineers, coach technical staff, and support talent development.
• Coordinate with Regulatory authorities and ensure certifiable engineering solutions.
