Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Texas, seeks a Principal Engineer - AI, HPC & Storage Deployment to lead deployment, validation, and stabilization of advanced data center solutions. You will engage directly with Dell teams, partners, and customers to ensure successful deployments and productivity within timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hardware design, system architecture, or systems engineering.
• Strong background in deploying and debugging complex compute and networking architectures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with factory integration, system validation, and large‑scale solution rollouts.
• Proven experience in the design and deployment of solution‑level AI and enterprise Server/Storage/HPC data center systems.

Responsabilités

• Triage, debug and deploy Server/Storage/HPC System architectures and solutions.
• Perform debugging and issue resolution at factory integration at Dell and 3rd-party sites.
• Support of Dell Services escalation resolution when needed.
• Support for lab builds and customer evals.
• Travel when required.
