Storm3 is hiring a Principal Engineer to build a patient-centered AI layer that supports exam rooms today, shaping the technical foundations of a privacy-forward healthcare product. You will report to the CTO and work closely with clinicians to ensure reliability and trust.

You’ll tackle offline-first architectures, real-time transcription, private AI compute, and graph-based systems, delivering production software with a four-person team capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering software in complex, unpredictable environments.
• Ability to choose between credible options with time pressure.
• Experience with AI-enabled development practices.
• Strong documentation and pattern standardization.

Responsabilités

• Shape architectural direction across the ecosystem with accountable decisions.
• Develop offline-first healthcare, real-time transcription, private AI compute, and graph-based systems.
• Design development workflows, tooling, and automation to scale a small team to operate like a larger one.
• Collaborate with co-founders and clinicians across the full stack, delivering production software.
