The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and delivering impact through scalable systems in a remote-friendly setup with equity options.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.

About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team developing AI-powered healthcare products that enhance patient access — from voice AI agents for patients to supporting platforms and workflows. Your focus will be on building a high-performing team, setting the technical vision, and guiding engineers through execution. Your hands-on expertise will shine in architecture reviews, incident debugging, and leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate shipping.
