Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior AI leader to architect and deliver advanced AI solutions, including LLM-driven apps and retrieval pipelines, from design through deployment. You will own technical direction for major AI platform components, drive MLOps practices, and mentor engineers to uphold security and responsible AI standards.

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLM technologies, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of model lifecycle management, MLOps, and production reliability practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across disciplines.
