Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Atlanta area) seeks a senior AI Architect/Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and copilot solutions. You will drive generative AI initiatives, build robust APIs and integrations, and ensure data quality and governance across enterprise systems.

You will mentor teams, manage direct reports, and translate complex business problems into scalable AI-enabled products that improve operational and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/tech leadership.
• 5+ years as an architect and/or developer in related roles.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Certifications are required in some areas.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, and intelligent applications.
• Develop Generative AI and LLM solutions, including prompt engineering and RAG.

• Collect, prepare, and analyze data to support AI/ML models.
• Monitor AI performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize outcomes.

• Collaborative leadership in dynamic environments

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science is preferred
