Qualifications

• 15+ years building and operating production software systems; leadership of full-stack architecture and delivery.
• Solid experience across frontend, backend, and platform layers.
• Experience with modern AI patterns such as LLM-powered apps, RAG, tool use, and agentic workflows.
• Strong judgment, communication, and cross-functional leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, performance, observability, release confidence, and end-user experience across desktop, web, and service-based AI products.
• Design and build scalable front-ends, back-ends, APIs, distributed services, data flows, and deployment systems for enterprise use.
• Establish testing, CI/CD, safe rollout, monitoring, and incident response patterns; mentor engineers and codify foundations.
