Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design and deployment of agentic AI systems within enterprise environments. You will architect secure, scalable agent frameworks, define roadmaps, and collaborate with researchers, platform teams, and product managers to deliver measurable AI outcomes.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring observability, governance, and safe deployment while driving adoption across the Teradata

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure.
• Hands-on with autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration models.
• Experience securing AI agents and governance at scale.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive roadmaps.

Responsibilities
