Job summary

TechDigital Group in Coppell, TX seeks an experienced software professional to contribute to mortgage industry projects using C#/MVC, Web API, Angular, and React. You will work with SQL Server or Cosmos DB and Azure services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Candidates should have 12+ years total software experience, 8+ years in related work, a technical Bachelor's (Master's preferred), strong communication, and adaptive leadership to guide multi-disciplinary teams.

• 12+ years overall experience in software development
• 8+ years in related software development experience (mortgage industry preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or client/management concerns

• Adaptive leadership style; able to lead multi-disciplinary teams with diverse skills and experience levels

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions using C#/MVC/Web API, Angular and React
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver mortgage domain software
• Architect and implement scalable, robust software with SQL Server or Cosmos DB
• Leverage Azure services for cloud-based solutions
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals
• Ensure high quality through design patterns and best practices
