Job summary

247Hire is seeking experienced software developers based in New York, NY to build and integrate large-scale software applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Java, C#, .Net, and experience with RESTful APIs.

Job description

• At least 5-7 of Industry experience in working and building large-scale software applications
• Experience in building web applications
• Demonstrated programing expertise in Java, C#, or .Net
• Strong skills with object-oriented programming and Enterprise software design principles
• Development experience with javascript frameworks (React, Angular, ExtJS) a plus
• Prior development utilizing SOA concepts and methodologies. Experience with Microfrontends and Microservices a plus
• Strong leader capable of motivating and energizing resources
• Prior leadership and/or management experience of on-shore and off-shore resources
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Experience in unit/integration testing
• Experience with AWS Services

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering (Masters a plus)
• Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies
• Professional certifications
