Qualifications

• 12+ years overall exp with, 8+ years of related experience developing software. Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Adaptive leadership style, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development efforts and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable mortgage software solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in coding and design.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of software releases.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Contract to hire (C2H)

Contract Period is 6 Months only

Interview process:

• L1 will be with internal panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical
• L2 will be in-person in client office with client panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical in two rounds as needed
