What you will do
This remote position within the USA supports branch operations related to machinery and equipment diagnostics. Qualified candidates will have 15+ years of experience in HVAC equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include performing activities using computers and programs for diagnostics and reporting on machines such as chillers (water and air cooled), cooling towers, pumps, and AHUs.
A strong background in chiller operations and troubleshooting is required. Experience with Excel, Word, and basic computer applications like Outlook, Chrome, and IE is beneficial.
Computer hardware and applications will be provided, along with phone support tools. You will operate various applications to diagnose machinery conditions and report findings with minimal oversight. Training will be provided, but basic computer skills are essential. You will also log into a support queue to provide technical support to internal and external customers.
As part of the Connected Chiller Support Team, you will collaborate with analysts skilled in chillers diagnostics, HVAC diagnostics, vibration analysis, oil analysis, refrigerant, and motor current analytics. The role involves advancing AI and machine learning in diagnostics, helping to build our future platform supporting efficient, advanced service delivery.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85K-$120K (salary depends on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data).
