Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years’ experience in embedded systems for safety-critical military/aerospace applications.
• Expert in embedded architecture, requirements flowdown, risk management.
• Hands-on with C/C++, Python, RTOS, bare-metal, and hardware interfaces.
• Proven V&V, requirements traceability, and formal reviews leadership.
• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded firmware/software design for weapon system integration (safety/release).
• Architect digital/analog safety electronics and integrate control firmware.
• Drive requirements analysis, system architecture, interfaces, and testing.
• Lead or support technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and risk assessments.
• Mentor engineers; contribute to best practices and roadmaps.
